Over time, your glasses can wear out, lose their shine, or become uncomfortable. Our Refurbishment Package is designed to restore their appearance and comfort with a complete, professional service.

This package includes:

- Ultrasonic cleaning : Deep removal of impurities, dust and residue for perfect hygiene.
- Sanding : Correction of micro-scratches and imperfections for a smoother and more uniform frame.
- Polishing : Restoration of shine and transparency for a like-new appearance.
- Reshaping : Precise adjustment of the frame for optimal comfort and support.

How does it work?

1. Order & Validation

  • Add the repair service to your cart and complete your order.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, send us a photo of your frame via WhatsApp or email to contact@visionjanine.com for confirmation.

2. Shipping your mount

  • You will receive a shipping slip by email to send us your glasses.
  • A flat rate of €8 covers round-trip shipping via Mondial Relay (relay point).
  • For home delivery , the package is €12 return via Mondial Relay .

3. Repair & Treatment

  • As soon as we receive your frame at our premises, it will be taken care of within 5 working days .

4. Returning your repaired glasses

  • Once your pair is ready, you will receive an email confirming its shipment to the address indicated when you ordered.
